Within a couple weeks of the iPad launch in April 2010 there were already rumors flying around about a new iPad model with a forward facing camera. According to digitimes.com, touch screen suppliers for the iPad are preparing new screens and components for a 2nd generation iPad, available sometime in early 2011.
Considering iPhone 4 and the new iTouch have forward facing cameras to accommodate the FaceTime video conferencing feature, it’s very likely the next iPad model will come with this feature as well.
What other features and options might the new iPad bring? Let us know what you think by commenting on this article.
