British car maker, Land Rover created history earlier today when they launched the first car in the world which has an Apple iPad in it. The limited edition 4WD Range Rover is the world’s first car to offer iPad as standard feature, reported stuff.co.nz.
Instead of the regular DVD LCD screens for entertainment on the rear of front seats, the Range Rover has two iPads! Christened as the Range Rover Autobiography Ultimate Edition, rear seat passengers can now watch movies, listen to music, browse the internet, play games and much more that the iPad has to offer.
Land Rover has specially designed the rear seats in office style seats along with aluminium table for your laptop, drinks cooler and an Apple keyboard! Though it offers two iPads, the car is expected to be priced around $250,000, hardly a bargain if you wanted the iPad in your car!
