i-hotake for iPad is an unusual iPad case/holder, designed to help you carry your iPad when you’re on the go. Unlike your traditional iPad case, the i-hotake does more than protect your favorite gadget, as it also includes large handles built to make your iPad a lot easier to grab/carry.
Built from heavy duty plastic, the i-hotake is easy to install: simply disassemble the case, snap it on the back of your iPad, and your device will be instantly wrapped. The case is fairly thick, and is designed to protect the iPad from unintentional drops.
The case’s handles make your iPad a lot easier to grab, and are especially welcomed while traveling, as they help keep your iPad in place (car passenger, while on a plane…). On the other hand, the handles also make the iPad thicker, a “feature” that may not work for every iPad owner out there.
The i-hotake comes in 3 colors, green, blue and orange.
What we liked: Simple and straightforward design, helps protect your iPad.
What we didn’t like: A bit bulky.
To buy or not to buy: If you’re looking for a flashy iPad case that doubles as a holder, the i-hotake is a good alternative to the dozens of black iPad cases out there.
